House Rules
Welcome to Arvada Barre! Our House Rules are designed to create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for every client while supporting the sustainability of our small business.
By participating in any class, event, workshop, or service at Arvada Barre—including through a membership, class pack, drop-in, complimentary pass, guest pass, promotional offer, or third-party booking platform—you agree to these House Rules and all studio policies.
Memberships
- All memberships require a minimum three (3) month commitment.
- Memberships automatically renew month-to-month until canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- Membership dues are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by law.
Membership Changes, Pauses & Cancellations
- Memberships may be canceled through your client portal, the Arvada Barre app, or by emailing [email protected].
- A minimum of 30 days' written notice before your next billing date is required for all membership cancellations.
- Memberships cannot be canceled during the initial three-month commitment period.
- If notice is provided fewer than 30 days before your next billing date, your next scheduled membership payment will still be processed.
- Text messages, phone calls, social media messages, and verbal requests will not be accepted as cancellation notice.
- Membership pauses are available for $20 per month. The pause fee is charged at the beginning of the pause period to hold your membership and maintain your current membership status. Memberships can be paused for up to 3 months per calendar year
- Annual memberships are paid in full at the time of purchase, are non-refundable, and cannot be canceled before the end of the annual term.
- Arvada Barre reserves the right to modify membership pricing, fees, benefits, and membership offerings with appropriate notice.
Payments & Past Due Accounts
- A valid payment method must remain on file at all times.
- A $25 declined payment fee will be assessed each time an automatic payment is unsuccessful.
- We recommend adding a secondary payment method to help prevent interruptions to your membership.
- If payment is not received within 48 hours of notification, future class reservations may be canceled until your account is brought current.
- Past due balances are subject to a $20 monthly late fee until paid in full.
- Accounts with unpaid balances may be suspended, denied booking privileges, or referred to a third-party collections agency. Members are responsible for all outstanding balances, applicable fees, and any collection costs permitted by law.
Class Reservations, Late Cancellations & No Shows
Effective August 1, 2026
- Class reservations must be canceled before the 8-hour cancellation window begins.
- Any reservation canceled within 8 hours of the scheduled class start time will incur a $15 Late Cancel/No Show Fee.
- Clients who fail to attend a reserved class without canceling before the 8-hour cancellation window will also incur a $15 Late Cancel/No Show Fee.
- This policy applies to all services including specials, memberships, annual memberships, class packs, and drop-in clients.
- If you are added from the waitlist within the 8-hour cancellation window, you are responsible for canceling promptly if you are unable to attend.
- Emergencies do happen. Any exceptions or fee waivers are granted solely at the discretion of Arvada Barre and do not establish a precedent for future exceptions.
Late Arrival Policy
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class begins.
- To protect the safety of our clients and minimize disruptions, late entry is not permitted.
- Studio doors will be locked once class begins, and no late arrivals will be admitted.
Schedule & Instructor Changes
- Class schedules, instructors, formats, and studio offerings are subject to change without notice.
- Arvada Barre reserves the right to cancel classes with low enrollment or for other operational reasons.
- When possible, clients will be notified by email and text at least two hours before a canceled class.
Duplicate Accounts & Promotional Offers
To ensure fairness for all clients and protect the integrity of our promotions:
- Each individual may maintain only one client account.
- Introductory offers, promotions, discounts, and special pricing are limited to one per person unless otherwise stated.
- Creating multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, or contact information to receive additional promotional pricing or discounts is strictly prohibited.
If duplicate or fraudulent accounts are identified, Arvada Barre reserves the right to:
- Merge or close duplicate accounts.
- Remove improperly obtained memberships, classes, credits, or promotional pricing.
- Deny eligibility for future promotions.
- Suspend or permanently revoke studio privileges without refund.
Determinations regarding account misuse are made solely at the discretion of Arvada Barre.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Membership dues, class packages, workshops, events, retail purchases, gift cards, and other services are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by law.
Liability Waiver
For the safety of our clients and staff, all participants are required to complete and sign Arvada Barre's Liability Waiver before attending their first class or participating in any studio activities.
By participating in classes, workshops, events, or other services, clients acknowledge that fitness activities involve inherent risks and agree to participate at their own risk.
A completed waiver is required to participate, and Arvada Barre reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who has not completed the required waiver.
Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Arvada Barre is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, including items left in the studio, lobby, restrooms, changing areas, or parking areas.
Please leave valuables at home whenever possible and check that you have all personal items before leaving the studio.
Studio Conduct
Arvada Barre is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, respectful, and safe environment for all clients and staff.
Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, threatening behavior, intimidation, disruptive conduct, damage to studio property, or behavior that interferes with the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others will not be tolerated.
For the safety and well-being of our community, Arvada Barre reserves the right to refuse service, remove any individual from class or the studio, suspend memberships, or terminate studio privileges at its sole discretion.
Policy Updates
Arvada Barre reserves the right to modify membership pricing, fees, class schedules, policies, programs, and these House Rules at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting or otherwise notifying members, as applicable.
Arvada Barre reserves the right to interpret and enforce these House Rules at its sole discretion. Any exception granted in an individual circumstance does not constitute a waiver of these policies or require Arvada Barre to grant similar exceptions in the future.
