To pause, cancel, or change your auto pay plan - (Memberships, Class Packs on autopay, VOD autopay plans) 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle is required. This can be done by emailing [email protected] or canceling through your client portal or app.
Note: Canceling through the app still requires 30 days' notice. If canceled less than 30 days before your next cycle, you will be charged for the upcoming month.
Texts and verbal communications will not be accepted.
For example, if your next billing cycle is on April 20th and you provide notice on March 30th, you will still be charged your full monthly fee on April 20th. This is because the notice was given less than 30 days before the next billing cycle.
Memberships require a 3-month commitment and will continue to auto-renew until a 30 Day Written Notice or cancelling through your client portal or app before your next billing cycle is received.
All clients are entitled to one promotional month. Discounts cannot be applied to existing contracts that have already benefited from promotional pricing in the past.

Cancellations & No Show Policy
- Late Cancellation Fee: Any cancellations made less than 8 hours of the scheduled class time will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee. (Example cancelling a class at 9:15AM that starts at 5:00PM). *No Exceptions
- No-Show Fee: Clients who do not show up for a scheduled class without prior on time cancellation will be charged a $12 no-show fee. *No exceptions
- Plan to arrive at least a few minutes before class begins. Prompt arrival is essential, as the studio door will be secured once the class begins.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to cancel your reservation as soon as possible if you find that you are unable to attend a class. This allows us to make your spot available to others who may be on a waitlist.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this new policy. Our goal is to provide a positive and enriching experience for all our clients, and this policy will help us achieve that and ensure that everyone has a fair opportunity to participate and get their barre on!
